Cancellations and No Shows

48 hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hours prior to the appointment time, 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

If a no show occurs, 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

Arriving Late

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled.

In the event we have to reschedule, 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
